The RDS’s network is secured with HP Enterprise devices. This includes built-in encryption to help protect sensitive business information stored on hard drives and administrative access controls as well as self-healing security features (HP Sure Start, whitelisting, run-time intrusion detection) to automatically detect, stop, and recover from attacks. Only HP offers a combination of security features that can monitor to detect and automatically stop an attack then self-validate software integrity in a reboot.

Introducing HP Access Control means the RDS now have full transparency on their costs by department, giving them more control over their budget. The HP Future Smart interface is standardised across all HP models which ensures ease of use so that staff need to spend less time adjusting settings.

The Objective

The goal of our Managed Print Services team is to work in partnership with the RDS to devise the optimum solution for the Society’s needs.
