We are delighted to announce that we have just been awarded with both the ISO 9001:2015 quality management and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management certifications!
We have invested heavily in our overall business model so that it embraces the ethos of continuous improvement, environmental awareness and quality management systems that ISO demands. Both of these certifications were only achieved through a huge amount of hard work and commitment by the entire Stacked team. ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies.
This is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. It does this by helping them to clearly state their objectives, identify new business opportunities and put their customers first.
This is a standard created to provide organizations with a framework to protect the environment and respond to changing environmental conditions in balance with socio-economic needs. It specifies requirements that enable an organization to achieve the intended outcomes it sets for its environmental management system.
Stacked’s accreditation applications were audited and awarded by the EQA. The EQA have been providing impartial third-party certification of Management Systems for almost 25 years. They say that ‘Impartial Third-Party Certification is one of the best methods of demonstrating to interested parties such as customers, the government or members of the local community that a company is managed in accordance with recognized standard(s).’ The EQA are accredited by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) for awarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, EN 50131 and SR 40 certifications.
You can trust the assurances we give on our systems, processes and quality.
As we now hold the relevant ISO certifications, the companies that we do business with can be confident in our ability to prove that we have a robust and environmentally mindful business model.
Paul Sweetman, Managing Director of Stacked says;
“Being recognised by an independent body for your internal systems, processes and company values is an irrefutable way to demonstrate your ability to serve your customers properly and deliver on your promises in the long term. You can be fully confident that here at Stacked, we are in a position to not only deliver on our promises but to exceed our customers’ expectations on a daily basis.”
