We’re big fans of Artificial Intelligence here at Stacked thanks to its potential to enhance our solutions for our clients’ business-based process problems. During the early part of 2023, it’s been interesting for us to sit back and watch as social media sparks debates over the joys and fears of what AI means for the future of business, life, and everything in between.
AI for the use of text and speech-based content creation, replication, and ideation in particular is certainly on everyone’s lips at the moment, and you’ll be hard-pushed to find anyone who hasn’t tried to strike up a chat with you about ChatGPT (as just one example) in the past month or so.
At Stacked, we’re absolutely here for this kind of AI innovation, as it’s just one example of how digital solutions can take the stress and hard work out of business operations – whatever the sector.
In using AI to make processes slicker, more efficient, and in many cases completely automated, staff and CEOs alike in businesses of any industry can simply get on with the parts of their business that rely more heavily on the human touch, such as client relationship management, thought leadership, negotiation, sales pitching/closing, and income generation. Humans make the money, but digital innovation can make everything else easier in that pursuit.
Allowing people to get on with those business growth tasks – with skills they’ve worked hard to acquire and perfect – is not only good sense for businesses and their bottom lines, but also great for staff morale and a more engaged culture. Let’s face it, AI is a ‘thing’ not just because it’s a novel approach to getting things done, but because in many cases it completely takes away the tasks that even the most dedicated and hard-working colleagues just really don’t want to have on their workday to-do lists.
