It all begins with a need’s assessment. Our main priority is to ensure that whatever solution is implemented works to achieve your business objectives.
Immediately following this, we undertake an assessment of your current print environment. This allows us to map all of the current equipment and processes and identify where efficiencies can be improved, productivity increased, and costs reduced.
We then carry out a baseline cost assessment to ensure that our proposal is in line with your budget and expectations.
Once we have all of the relevant information, we can put together a proposal. Our representatives will usually deliver this in person so that any outstanding questions can be addressed.
When you are happy with all of the elements of the proposal, a contract will be put in place.
After the contract has been agreed, a date will be agreed for set up and training. Our engineers will call out to your business, install all of the devices and software, perform the necessary tests and provide on-site training.
A key part of what we offer here in Stacked is the ongoing support and maintenance side of our contracts.
No matter which devices you select for your business, we can install remote monitoring software which allows us to identify and address issues as they arise. We can even set up your account to automatically order fresh toners once the ones in your machines reach a specified level.
In most cases we can resolve issues remotely which minimises downtime, but we do have a full team of field service engineers available to call out to your premises if necessary. All our staff are full accredited and trained to the high standards that HP set for their partners.
Our ongoing support and maintenance service also includes regular reviews of your account. This allows us to identify how your devices are being used, what issues, if any, have been encountered and if there are possible further efficiencies that can be achieved. We endeavour to optimise your devices and software on a continuous basis so that they are working to the highest possible standard for your business.
