Our continuous improvement approach means that we regularly restart the “needs assessment” process so that we can optimise your printer fleet and deliver additional solution benefits on an ongoing basis.
We lead the Managed Print industry with a remote fix level of 80%+. This helps the environment because when we resolve issues remotely, we use less fuel. Our high level of remote remediation has a really positive impact on the environment. In one year, the calls we resolved remotely resulted in 391,216 kilometres not being driven by our field engineers. This is 31,068 litres of fuel not used – nationwide.
When our field engineers do have to call out to fix an issue, their first-time fix rate is an impressive 99%. This means return visits are almost completely eliminated.
Our automated supplies replenishment system helps minimise wastage and optimises cartridge replacement and we help to divert ink cartridge waste from landfill into approved recycling schemes through our Partners Recycling Programs.
HP & Sustainability
To date more than 875 million original HP Ink and Toner Cartridges have been recycled by customers with the HP Planet Partners supplies recycling program. And that’s not all, so far more than 4.7 billion recycled plastic bottles and more than 114 million plastic hangers have been used by HP to manufacture new Original HP Ink & Toner Cartridges.

Xerox & Sustainability
The Xerox Green World Alliance is a valuable recycling programme for genuine Xerox supplies that minimizes environmental impacts of printer supplies and provides options to throwing away empty containers. Our supplies recycling programmes have kept thousands of tons of supplies out of landfills. We lead the industry in alternatives for used supplies, including print cartridge reprocessing, waste toner reuse, plastics and metals recovery and turning waste into energy.

PrintReleaf
Our PrintReleaf Program enables our customers to offset their carbon footprint by directly replanting trees that will not be cut down in the future, right here in Ireland. PrintReleaf integrates with your company’s existing print software to measure your paper consumption in real time and then reverse calculates how many trees were harvested to produce your paper consumption. Your forest footprint is automatically reforested at a reforestation project of your choice. With each transaction, your Lifetime Certificate is automatically updated to reflect your growing reforestation impact.
